So easy to take the capsule in the morning. I’m sure it will help support my good health in various ways. I really appreciate farmers who grow organically and responsibly. I also bought the loose tea leaves, made my first cup today. It has a very pleasant, mild taste, a hint of apple and others.

I chose the capsules for my 63 year old daughter and 23 year old grandson... My only concern will be the number per day recommended due to cost. At 80 I personally am loving the tea. I have had bags to split after pouring in the hot water.
