Thank you, Mr. Ruben I enjoyed drinking the tea. I try to have one every night. Don’t know that I noticed anything different in my gut as I’m pretty healthy which I am so grateful to God for but I’m still learning and want to do better. Have been using one bag each day along with the regular Healing Leaves tea. I let it steep a good half hour. My system after a couple of weeks seems to be well regulated.
