You will be automatically refunded back to the original payment method (excluding S/H and taxes) once your returned items are fully received and processed back at our warehouse (2-3 weeks). 

Please note: We do not offer exchanges, if you would like a different product you will need to follow our return policy. Items returned without prior contact with the Healing Leaves Customer Support Team, or packages “Returned to Sender”, may not be properly identified. This can either prolong or nullify your refund. Any items shipped to an improper address, or if you refuse your shipment, your order will not be refunded. Items returned to us after 30 days will not be refunded.
